Defend Public Health's comment opposing political review of federal grants

Defend Public Health is running a campaign to oppose the OMB grantmaking rule that will cede control of federal funding to Russell Vought and his stable of political appointees, and sideline expert review of grants.

DPH's public comment on Medicaid work requirements proposed by the Trump administration. Our comments note that the proposed rule "goes even further than the widespread and
dangerous cuts enacted in HR1, making even more people with medical conditions
vulnerable to falling through the cracks and losing the Medicaid coverage on which they
depend for their ongoing care."
